Golf Tournament 2018 Registration

The fourth annual Paul Thompson Memorial Gopher Classic Golf Tournament is scheduled for August 4th, 2018. The one day tournament has a shotgun start at 10:00 AM followed by an after tournament dinner at approximately 3:00 PM.

This tournament is full, but you can still fill out the form to be added to our wait-list

 

There are two registration options available:

  • Teams can register using either OPTION 1 (payment with PayPal or a credit card) or OPTION 2 (payment by check).
  • Partial teams and individuals can register only by using OPTION 2 (payment by check).

    Cancellation Policy: If canceled before July 15th, a full refund will be returned less the transaction charge if Pay Pal is used. For cancellations due to extreme circumstances after August 15, any refund will be dependent upon FCPHL’s ability to fill the vacated spot in the tournament.
