The Otter Cup returns this January for its second year! Built around a fast-paced 3v3 format, the Otter Cup gives young hockey players more time with the puck, more scoring opportunities, and plenty of action from start to finish. The smaller format keeps games moving and creates a fun, competitive environment where kids can play hard, be creative, and enjoy hockey with their teammates. After a great first year, we're excited to bring the tournament back and continue building the Otter Cup into a January tradition for our hockey community. Whether your team is coming to compete for the Cup or simply enjoy a great weekend of hockey, the focus is on creating a memorable experience for the players and families both on and off the ice. Come join us for year two of the Otter Cup and another weekend of fast hockey, big plays, and a whole lot of fun. WEATHER DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION POLICY Weather Disclaimer: In the event of weather beyond our control or a catastrophic situation, every effort will be made to complete the tournament. Adjustments that might be made to the tournament could include, but may not be limited to, the following: ● Starting games earlier in the day or playing games in the evening ● Shortening the amount of time off for teams in between games ● Reducing the number of minutes per game ● Reducing the number of games played ● Moving the tournament to a different date or venue (only used as a very unlikely last resort) In the event that the tournament is cancelled, we will make every effort to refund as much of the registration cost as possible. This refund amount will depend largely upon our venue and various vendors that we use for the event. Cancellation Policy: ● All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee. ● Cancellations made before January 1, 2026, will result in a refund of the tournament entry fee, less the cancellation fee. ● Cancellations made on or after January 1, 2026, will result in a 50% refund of the tournament entry fee, and less the cancellation fee. If we can replace the canceling team with another team from the registration wait list, a full refund, and less the cancellation fee will be made.
