Meetings for the 4th Annual Pond Tournament has begun. Registration is expected to open mid to late October. The registration will be open to 20 teams this year. Don’t wait as the tournament fills up fast.

We have been taking pond temperatures and have seen a big jump this week. The current pond temp is 11.4 degrees C. I expect after the weekend the temps will be in the single digits.

The ice at the pond is in good shape 4.5 inches thick and smooth.

Checked the ice today on our pond and it is in great shape, smooth and the cracks are healed. I drilled several spots and could not reach water (6 inches at least). I estimate the ice to be 8 inches thick. Same skate times for weekend and weekday.
